1. Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship: Orders for in-stock earrings are processed within 1–2 business days.
Handmade/Custom Orders: Please allow 5–10 business days for our artisans to craft your unique pieces before they are dispatched.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+8) on Fridays or during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

3. Hygienic Packaging & Security

For hygiene and safety, all earrings are shipped in sealed, tamper-evident individual pouches inside our signature gift boxes.

Signature Requirement: To protect your investment, high-value orders (over $[Amount]) require a signature upon delivery.
Discreet Outer Packaging: To prevent theft, our outer mailers are unbranded and do not mention "Jewelry" or "Earrings."

4. Tracking Your Order
